Gluttony: Day Ten of a Poem a Day

“Write a seven-line poem about one of the 7 Sins that only contains seven words in each of the lines.”

You want more. You want it all.
(You can devour everything, but still desire.)
The desire is never-ending: to consume all.
Greed is less demanding than this desire.
Greed is less hungry than this starvation.
(Even when you are full, and you
should be satisfied, you want much more.)
